Sr Process & Change Analyst

The Sr Process & Change Analyst will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, facilitate a shared understanding of business problems, and perform root cause and current state analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in business process and/or organizational change management
• People experience focused
• Understands how technology solutions facilitate a business process
• Creates visual collateral, such as storyboards, to depict a business process
• Prosci certification is a plus
