Requirements
- Research, design, and implement company-wide IT projects
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Manage internal hardware infrastructure, and IaaS infrastructure
- Optimize IAM, DNS, DHCP and other critical services
- Assist with Level I, II, III ticket queue, user administration, security, hardware management
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization
