We are a fast-moving, high-performance startup looking for a Business Development Manager to identify federal contracting opportunities and support strategic capture and proposal development activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in federal business development, capture, or government contracting research
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and government procurement cycles
- Proficiency with at least three of the following: SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, GovWin, HigherGov, HubSpot, FPDS, USAspending.gov, DACIS, and Canadian equivalents
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize data into executive-level briefs and actionable insights
- Above-average editing and writing ability; able to produce well-organized, compliant responses to government RFIs
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
