Senior Engineering Manager - Customer Platform (Canada)

Atreides is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the full stack teams building end-to-end solutions for users to interact with Atreides data. The ideal candidate will have experience growing and managing remote engineering teams delivering complex end-to-end full stack applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing and managing remote engineering teams delivering complex end-to-end full stack applications
• Strong technical background across modern server-side development, modern frontend development, web APIs, multiple database paradigms, and cloud platforms
• Demonstrated track record of building high-quality, maintainable, tested, and scalable software systems
• Strong troubleshooting, fault isolation, and problem-solving skills; able to guide teams to root cause and durable fixes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to drive clarity on complex technical topics and have direct conversations when needed
• Experience setting and tracking measurable goals, and driving accountability at team and individual levels
