We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong capital markets domain knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in process modeling using UML, requirement analysis, and project planning. Additionally, they will have excellent analytical and technical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Business Analysis - Capital Markets & Trading
- Strong capital markets domain knowledge
- Strong process modeling using UML
- Experience in Requirement Analysis, JAD sessions, Business and Systems reviews and working sessions
- Project Planning & Conversion timeline estimation
- Coordinate with technology to build & test enhancements
- Support QA (Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) ), UAT
- Data requirement analysis - Based on the type of Conversion. Data gap analysis, Data Scrubbing, Data Transformation
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
