Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of experience in working on CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and enterprise integration and ETL tools. The role involves providing support on the Salesforce platform, designing solutions, collaborating with product vendors, and leading a development team.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in working on (develop/design/architect) CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions
- 5+ year’s experience with Salesforce.com
- Certified Salesforce.com Developer
- Experience on Service Cloud is preferred
- Contact Center experience is preferred
- Experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services Projects will be good to have
