SOFTWARE QA ANALYST (UAT LEAD) - Experience: 6+ years. Collaborates with Business staff to train on effective test case preparation and execution. Tracks bugs and conducts daily bug triage sessions. Ensures accurate representation of all active bugs prior to go live.
Requirements
- Create and update In-sprint and UAT plan and schedule
- Collaborate with Business staff to train on effective test case preparation and execution
- Collaborate with Business staff to train on Microsoft's Team Foundation Server
- Track bugs as they are input into TFS and conduct daily bug triage sessions
- Ensure accurate representation of all active bugs prior to go live
- Obtain approval from all vested parties that UAT has been completed
- Leverage a variety of tools in support of leading the Business testers (TFS, Excel, Urban Turtle, Test Manager, etc)
- Strong communication skills to negotiate with Business on allocation of resources to successfully perform both In-sprint and User Acceptance testing
- Strong meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to modify current Business testing approach as needed to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Experience with designing and implementing automated testing
