UI Design & Development Lead (USC or GC only)

The UI Design & Development Lead is responsible for the delivery of new prototypes and UI architecture using existing design methodologies defined by the organization. The ideal candidate has 5 to 7+ years of experience as a UI designer and developer working on web-based and/or mobile applications.

Requirements

• Design & develop front-end prototypes using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, MVC
• Create consistent, high quality user interface mockups/walk-throughs for review with peers and Design Leads
• Initiate liaison with technical and non-technical staff to ensure successful implementation of web/desktop applications
• Propose, build and maintain information architecture, design/interaction template and style guide
• Document functional and design requirements as appropriate
• Create PowerPoint/Visio presentations from a marketing approach
• Knowledgeable and hands-on experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, OmniGraffle, Adobe Flash, Team Foundation Server (TFS), SharePoint 2013
• Understanding.NET MVC and SQL is a plus
• Experience with iOS development is a plus
