Medical Assistant I

Under direct supervision, assists clinicians with routine clinical procedures and tests in the exam room. Provides clinical and clerical support to the practice and clinicians related to patient care. May provide direct clinical support to one or more assigned clinicians.

Requirements

• Minimum of one-year prior experience in a clinical or customer service setting
• Computer experience with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR
