Data Engineer

Atropos Health is a company that develops a healthcare evidence operating system, and they are looking for a Data Engineer to turn healthcare data into information.

Requirements

• Create and maintain data pipelines to integrate, enrich, and map clinical data, claims, and other data from multiple sources
• Conduct data quality checks and assessments on clinical datasets
• Automate workflows in multiple public cloud environments
• Use tooling such as Databricks, Bigquery, Redshift, and dbt alongside command line tools
• Map data from one source into a common data model using SQL (required) and Python
• Work remotely with an interdisciplinary team and maintain relationships with research, clinical, and commercial stakeholders
