Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at a fast-growing, Series B company. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance; startup or high-growth company experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial tools including ERPs and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with executives
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and juggle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity
