Senior Accountant (m/w/d)

ATS Industrial Automation is seeking a Senior Accountant (m/w/d) to join their rapidly growing international team. The successful candidate will review, accounting, and booking of ongoing business transactions, participate in monthly corporate reporting, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Review, accounting, and booking of ongoing business transactions
• Participate in monthly corporate reporting, intercompany coordination
• Ensure deadlines for monthly, quarterly closing work and annual closing work are met
• Determine the need for provisions and create corresponding calculations
• Review weekly payment flows
• Check invoices
• Create monthly value-added tax returns
• Ensure that SOX documents are properly recorded and processed
• Accounting reconciliation
• Responsibility for adherence to ATS guidelines
• Correspondence with auditors and tax advisors
• Tax matters check and find practice-oriented solutions
• Order and workplace safety
• DATEV and Microsoft Office knowledge is advantageous
• Desirable: knowledge of bookkeeping
