We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Success Advisor to help students thrive academically, personally, and professionally. As a trusted guide and advocate, you'll provide proactive support in academics, retention, and holistic student development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field required; Master's preferred
• 3+ years in student services, advising, or success programming
• Expertise in supporting diverse and underserved student populations
• Strong knowledge of student success strategies, campus services, and community resources
• Skilled in data tracking, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and build positive student relationships
