Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field required; Master's preferred
- 3+ years in student services, advising, or success programming
- Expertise in supporting diverse and underserved student populations
- Strong knowledge of student success strategies, campus services, and community resources
- Skilled in data tracking, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and build positive student relationships
