Oracle Grants PMO Lead

Attain Partners is searching for a Grants Management Oracle PMO Lead who can effectively assist in Oracle implementation of Oracle Grants. The role involves assisting functional area leads with serving as the experts for the grants management functional area for universities and research institutions.

Requirements

• Develop comprehensive work plan defining detail tasks and responsibilities
• Develop a roadmap and schedule for Research ERP transformation
• Conduct a gap analysis of the current ERP system and the requirements for the new system
• Document the current state of research administration processes
• Provide recommendations for Oracle system configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
• Develop a plan for data migration and cleansing
• Advise on necessary process changes to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide support during the testing and deployment phases of the project
• Bring best practice and industry comparable to the development of a post go live staffing model
• Participate in milestone events and meetings
• Participate and provide expertise in the discovery, architect, and solution sessions
• Articulate unique institutional business functional and technical requirements
• Weigh in on proposed solutions and provide input on business and technical requirements
