IT Application Support Analyst (NS Finance)

We are looking for an IT Application Support Analyst to ensure smooth operations and availability of Group Systems worldwide. The role involves providing technical support to business users, optimizing system uptime, and ensuring data security.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an application support capacity for finance systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Payhawk, Concur), HR Systems (BambooHR, JazzHR, Papaya etc.)
• With Finance background
• 6 + years in-dept knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP Finance
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and to remain calm whilst under pressure
• Keen eye for detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong service driven mentality and a pragmatic approach
