Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional work experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as CX, sales, support, or hospitality
- Ability to interact with people from all walks of life and handle sensitive conversations
- Quick learning and writing skills to master complex new topics and platforms
- Previous experience in metrics-driven roles is preferred
- Previous experience in high-performing service/sales/support teams is preferred
