Job Description
Process Engineering Specialist will identify and pursue opportunities for making products and processes more robust and reliable through project delivery, process control, systems implementation, and personnel development.
Requirements
- BS Degree in one of the following fields: scientific, engineering, electronics, mechanical or other similar field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Experience with mechanical drive systems
- Experience in establishing and controlling process settings
- Strong background in adhesive systems, air systems and bonding technologies
- Basic understanding of electrical components
- A basic knowledge of analytical troubleshooting
- A good knowledge of manufacturing plant support equipment
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (such as MS Word and Excel)
- Demonstrated proficiency to write work instructions, create visual guides, flow charts, changeover checklists, training materials, etc.
