Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 + years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the construction or construction related industries
- Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‐solving abilities
