Project Accountant

Project Accountant will own the financial lifecycle of assigned construction projects, from setup through closeout, serving as the primary financial partner to Project Managers. They will combine hands-on transaction processing with analysis and advisory, leveraging our construction tech stack to keep budgets, billings, and compliance on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in construction/project accounting (commercial construction preferred)
• Proficiency in SAGE 300 CRE software, familiarity with Procore and GC Pay, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem resolution
