Data Engineer

Auctane is a growing company in the mail and shipping software industry, focused on enabling businesses to meet their customer expectations. They are seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to join their Data Products team, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of their customer-facing data products. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and a passion for innovation within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong Data Engineering background in a data warehouse or data lake architecture
• Experience working in AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure
• Experience developing and supporting robust, automated, and reliable data pipelines in Python and SQL
• Mastered Python and SQL skills
• Experience with data processing frameworks like Spark, Athena, or Pandas
• Knowledge of Relational database design and Snowflake/Redshift or similar
• Production experience with large datasets
• Experience with AWS and big data cloud technologies
• Knowledge of Business intelligence and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
