TWIN Traffic Reporter

The Audacy NY TWIN Traffic Center is looking for a dynamic and talented professional to work as a Traffic reporter for 1010 WINS and at times WFAN & WCBS-FM. The Traffic reporter duties include gathering, writing and updating select traffic stories for broadcast on participating NY Audacy Radio station, not only for on air, but also on Audacy’s social media channels. The position requires knowledge of New York Tri-state area Traffic geography and a minimum of 2-year traffic or news reporting for broadcast media.

Requirements

• Knowledge of New York Tri-state area Traffic geography
• Minimum 2-year traffic or news reporting for broadcast media
• Must be willing to join SAG AFTRA
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and other online collaboration platforms
• Must be able to gather & ready real time incident and other traffic information
• Must be an experienced story teller for broadcast
• Knowledge of the broadcast area commuting/local geography and transportation systems are essential
