Analyst, Equity Management

Audax Group is seeking an Analyst to join their Equity Management team. The Analyst will play a key role in portfolio company valuations, fundraising initiatives, and limited partner reporting. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with legal and compliance documents, and experience with financial models.

Requirements

• BS or BA with a high GPA in Compliance, Legal, Finance, Accounting, or a related major
• 1-3 years professional experience in an analytical role, including experience with financial models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with legal and compliance documents (i.e., subscription agreements, limited partnership agreements, equity ownership documents)
• Good understanding of finance, accounting and experience with alternative investments a plus
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Proven history of process engineering and efficiency improvements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Chronograph, PowerBI, Diligent Equity, and/or investment analytics software a plus
