Job Description
Audax Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support the firm's fundraising efforts and investor relationship management. The role involves managing key investor engagement activities, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with onboarding new accounts. This position is crucial for a fast-paced, high-performing team serving as a link between the firm and its global limited partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of previous professional experience in finance or investor relations preferred
- 1 year of experience with RFP/DDQ completion in financial services or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
