Audax Group is seeking an experienced HR Senior Associate with 5-10 years of progressive HR experience to manage employee benefits programs, oversee immigration processes, and administer employee leave programs.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in benefits, immigration, and leave administration
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Experience managing U.S. immigration processes in partnership with external legal counsel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide clear, empathetic employee support
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with benefits/leave management parties a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus: PHR, SHRM-CP)
