Job Description
Audencia invites applications for a position as Assistant or Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change in the Organization Studies and Ethics department. The position is a full-time, permanent contract based at the Nantes campuses, with an expected start date of September 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or related field
- Ability to teach effectively a range of undergraduate and graduate courses
- Experience in teaching Soft Skills
- Ability to coordinate pre-master's and/or master's courses
- Ability to publish in high-impact peer-reviewed international journals
