Internship People & Culture (m/f/d)

Audi Business Innovation GmbH is seeking an intern for a six-month full-time position starting in June 2026. The role involves communicating with applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting day-to-day operations in the People & Culture department. The ideal candidate has a background in business administration, psychology, or sociology, with good academic results and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Studies in business administration, psychology or sociology or similar courses of study with a focus on human resources and/or work organization with good academic results
• Responsible and independent way of working as well as organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Initiative, hands-on mentality and team orientation
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
