Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of human resources management, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of HR management
- Very good knowledge of Personio or a comparable HRIS system
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law basics, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational skills and a high claim to structure and efficiency
- Confident handling of HR key figures and reporting
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured working method
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of taking on both operational tasks and strategic topics
- Communication skills, empathy, and fine sense in dealing with employees
- Team player mentality and enjoyment of actively shaping culture and cooperation
