Job Description
AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Product Designer to transform the work of audit, risk, and compliance teams. This role involves bridging business challenges with intuitive user experience, leading strategic projects, and mentoring other designers. The ideal candidate will be self-starter with a focus on user and business impact, capable of independently taking ideas to production and shaping design processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Design or related field
- 8+ years of experience designing web applications or similar products
- Experience leading and/or mentoring product design teams
- Demonstrable product design skills with a portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma
