Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Implementation
- Experience in billing, accounting, revenue cycle management, or other finance-related field
- Experience working in healthcare, ideally with Senior Living operators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open to 10-15% travel
