Job Description
Data Analyst - Customer Insights role involves analyzing customer data to support senior living communities and caregivers, creating dashboards and reports to demonstrate value to clients, and presenting findings to customers with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of data analyst experience with advanced SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
- Experience with Python for data analysis and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Solid understanding of statistics for practical business applications
- Customer-obsessed mindset with concrete examples of helping customers meet their goals
- Experience presenting to external stakeholders and working directly with customers
- Understanding of data structures, privacy, and responsible data stewardship
- Excellent communication skills - you can make complex data accessible to anyone
