Job Description
August Schell Enterprises is seeking a Network Engineer to join a high-performing Agile team utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. The role involves supporting a nationally significant and fast-paced program with strong development, test, and production environments. This position provides system engineering, development, test, integration, and operational support, involving server/router/firewall configuration, network infrastructure maintenance, and collaboration with IT service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 16 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in routing and switching technologies
- Proficiency in networking automation
- Knowledge of software-defined networking (SD-WAN)
- Proven ability to provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Experience creating technical documentation
