Job Description
August Schell is seeking an experienced Splunk Consulting Engineer (Onsite, Washington, DC) to join their Engineering team. This role involves delivering high-impact solutions within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, utilizing Splunk technologies for modernizing cybersecurity environments. The ideal candidate will have deep Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) experience, strong consulting and client-facing skills, and the ability to work in cleared environments.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance and ability/willingness to undergo lifestyle polygraph.
- 3+ years of experience deploying and managing Splunk in enterprise or federal environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Splunk Enterprise Security (ES).
- Experience working with both Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting capacity.
- Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.
