Job Description
Full-time opportunity for an experienced CMA/LPN/EMT to work in a clinical setting, triaging patient health concerns/conditions over the phone.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and empathy for individuals seeking healthcare-related assistance
- Computer efficiency, strong data entry, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow triage protocols
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
