Requirements
- Captures and enters accurate patient demographic and financial information via direct patient contact or via telephone.
- Ensures all appropriate documentation is complete and included on the patient record in accordance with Federal and State regulatory guidelines and DNV requirements.
- Communicates the financial liability to patients and collects the patient’s portion of financial responsibility.
