Job Description
Auria is seeking a Maintenance Journeyman to join their Fremont, OH plant team. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and preventing equipment failures to support facility operations and production. The company is a leading global supplier of engineered systems for vehicle manufacturing. Employees will assist in process improvement projects and mentor junior maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility structures.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Participation in process improvement projects.
- Mentoring apprentice I-IV level maintenance employees.
- Adherence to plant rules and regulations.
