Senior Manager, Core FP&A

Aurora is seeking a Senior Manager, Core FP&A to manage and mentor the Corporate FP&A, G&A Business Finance, and Financial Systems & Business Intelligence team, lead consolidated internal financial analysis, reporting, and Annual Planning processes, and partner with senior leaders to drive business decisions and outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, investment banking / private equity, or finance at a large company or high growth start-up
• Degree in Finance or related quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Math, or Statistics
• Experience scaling corporate FP&A functions by leveraging advanced FP&A tools and systems and corporate accounting systems
• Proven ability to partner with business leadership to develop and implement business strategies, budgets, and forecasts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a succinct manner
