We're looking for a Sales Director to lead our German sales team based in Barcelona. As a hands-on sales leader, you'll drive revenue, inspire high-performance teams, and scale business success.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales leadership role with 5-10 direct reports from BRDs to AE's, sales focused on the German market
- Strong network within technology and consultancy companies
- Strong business acumen with strengths in leading sales process, managing pipeline, accurate forecasting of team results, and reporting sales performance
- Excellent business level communication skills in German and fluent in English
- Experience with consultative, solution-based sales cycles
