Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re a European mid-sized company looking for an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The role is based in Barcelona and involves reviewing and processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and supporting controlling activities. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an AR/AP specialist or similar role, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an AR/AP specialist or similar role operating in European markets
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized
• Independent and proactive, someone who takes ownership and drives things forward
• Communicate in full professional proficiency in English (other European languages of our operating markets are a plus)
