Aurora is a premium lifestyle operating system that empowers ultra-high-performance individuals and their teams to master their relationships, exploration, and longevity. We are seeking a Senior Lifestyle Manager to join our Member Experience Team and shape and elevate our member experience.
Requirements
- Work with internal AI to manage and curate premium lifestyle experiences for members
- Manage relationships and secure reservations for premium experiences, dining, luxury goods, and wellness
- Anticipate the evolving needs of high-achieving individuals and proactively suggest unique opportunities
- Cultivate deep knowledge and inventory around the latest trends in luxury & bespoke services, products, and experiences
- Provide front of line insights and feedback to internal teams
