Job Description
R.E.A.L. is seeking a flexible Site Lead Teacher to deliver a comprehensive curriculum for learners within a SEN team. The role involves working collaboratively with peers, developing differentiated resources, and working with individuals with additional needs, aiming for their individual potential. They are offering a 37.5-hour per week contract based in Nottinghamshire-Mansfield.
Requirements
- Flexible and innovative planning and delivery of curriculum.
- Proven experience working with children and young people or vulnerable adults.
- Relevant level 6 qualification (potentially with up-to-date curriculum development knowledge).
- Evidence of previous curriculum-specific CPD (e.g. current curriculum developments).
