Job Description
The Aurora Group is seeking a qualified teacher for a new SEND Secondary School in Chaldon, Surrey. This role focuses on delivering high-quality teaching and learning for students with autism, social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing needs. The school provides a model of small classes, high support and a multi-disciplinary intervention team.
Requirements
- PGCE or equivalent qualification and evidence of training
- Experience teaching Science up to GCSE level
- Knowledge of students with complex needs and SEND
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum
- Knowledge of autism and associated co-morbid conditions
