Planner - Austin Industrial (Pasadena, TX)

We are seeking a Planner to join our team at Austin Industrial in Pasadena, TX. The Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, as-built schedules, recovery schedules, technical support, and tracking earned value on projects.

Requirements

• Provide resources for support, training, and schedule maintenance
• Develop work packages through job walks
• Assist projects in establishing baseline schedules, updates, documentation, and modifications
• Produce or support development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure quality
• Design project schedules and contract agreements, maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle, and prepare reports for client support
• Generate monthly status reports for upper management detailing key schedule information and changes from the previous month
• Provide schedule narratives to explain weekly discrepancies
• Support schedule and time impact analysis exercises
• Plan pump maintenance and repairs accurately
• Understand industry QC and safety standards
• Skilled in pipe and millwright work
• SAP experience
• Other duties as assigned
