Worship Leader

The Worship Leader will lead weekly worship at a congregation and congregation-related events, recruiting, auditioning, and rehearsing a band to achieve the mission and vision of the Worship Team. The WL reports to the Congregation Pastor and is responsible for creating Sunday service flows, coordinating rehearsals, and providing training to musician volunteers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in music, worship ministry, or equivalent
• 2 years of experience leading worship or equivalent experience
• Previous participation in worship ministry at The Austin Stone, preferred
