Job Description
The Game Changers are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for Australian Payments Plus (AP+). The role involves analyzing business and system requirements, engaging stakeholders, and creating high-quality business analysis artefacts. AP+ aims to innovate in the payments ecosystem, with a focus on bringing innovative solutions to Australian businesses, government, and consumers.
Requirements
- Gather requirements through the entire delivery and operational lifecycle
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Conduct data modelling and mapping to support detailed analysis
- Identify risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
- Validate systems, products, platforms, and services against requirements
- Simplify information and decipher technical jargon
- Support and drive the testing and implementation of solutions
- Create and maintain documentation
