HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on technical and investment decisions. Responsibilities include servicing and repairing HVAC systems, focusing on technical excellence, and explaining service and repair performed to customers.

Requirements

• Serve One Hour clients by expertly servicing and repairing HVAC systems and components
• Utilize the Straight Forward Pricing Guide system, including the True Cost Calculator on each call
• Assess systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations to clients
• Explain to the customer each service and repair performed and make sure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work
• Test each system after each service or repair is completed prior to leaving the customer’s home to make sure that the system is working properly and that it was fixed right the first time
• Perform a proper inspection of the customer’s system to prevent future breakdowns
• Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices
• Explains Club Membership Agreements to every customer and maintain a conversion rate of at least 25% on non-Club Members and a 90% renewal rate on existing Club Members
• Provide customer leads to the Sales Lead Coordinator when identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements
• Obey the One Hour Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy
