The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 1–2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS, etc.)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
