Join our team and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to revolutionize the way used cars are repaired and sold as Production Site Manager of our new production center in Baden-Württemberg. Lead a production center with more than 70 employees on a highly professional and efficient basis, and be responsible for implementing processes on site, including building strong teams through targeted induction and training.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry or in a production or manufacturing environment
• Completed studies in the field of business administration, supply chain management or a similar field
• Excellent leadership skills and comprehensive experience in leading and managing a large team (at least 30 people, directly and indirectly)
• Experience in quickly scaling a company or demonstrable successes in a leading position during a ramp-up
• Proven successes in process optimization and efficiency gains, ideally through the use of production, logistics or shopfloor-operatives
