We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to be responsible for maintenance operations, including ongoing maintenance of accommodations, mechanical systems, grounds, buildings, tools, appliances, and pool/spa maintenance. The right person will have a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Responsible for responding to property maintenance requests, and performing basic repairs.
- Takes pride in the property and maintains its aesthetic appeal.
- Walks about the property throughout the day to remove matter out of place, debris, and pet droppings to ensure the property is neat and tidy.
- Assists with the unloading of work trucks and delivery trucks.
- Assists with the setup and breakdown of meeting/event space.
- Assists with site setup and management of plants and plant materials.
- Assists with snow removal upkeep and clearing.
- Completes assigned tasks and routine services as requested.
- Understand and practice safety in all work tasks and duties.
- Attends monthly Department and Emergency Response Training.
- Provides high-quality service and uncompromising hospitality towards all customers and Associates.
