We are looking for a Professional Supplier Quality Assurance to conduct supplier assessments, develop supplier development plans, and resolve supplier-related quality issues. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in English and Russian.
Requirements
- Conduct supplier assessments to evaluate risks and quality potential according to IATF 16949 and internal company requirements.
- Develop and implement supplier development plans to enhance supplier performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve supplier-related quality issues by collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to implement timely and effective corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier quality goals achievement (quality ppm, new model launch terms) and conduct periodic reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead supplier audits to assess compliance with IATF 16949 requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers regarding quality control processes and improvement methodologies.
- Set quality targets for suppliers and their periodical update.
