Project Manager

AUTODOC is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams, create schedules and budgets, and manage progress. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of English, MS Office, and project management tools, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements

• Determining the goals, needs and requirements of the project
• Assembling project teams and assigning individual responsibilities
• Creating and co-creating project schedules and budgets
• Convening strategic steering groups and agreeing milestones and targets
• Creating and updating project plans and monitoring progress
• Developing necessary analyses and reports on ongoing projects
• Preparing and presenting reports on the progress of the project
• Managing problem and risk
• Building key relationships with stakeholders
• Cooperating with other team members
• Cost control
• Substantive support of the Supply Chain Strategy Director
• Ensuring the quality of cooperation between departments
• Meeting organization and designating common aims
• Active development of own professional competences
• Supporting less experienced employees
• Ensuring confidentiality and data protection
• Performing other tasks delegated by supervisor
